Privacy Policy

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679, we wish to inform the user that:

 

1) the personal and personal data that are communicated by you are necessary for contractual purposes and for the fulfillment of the legal and contractual obligations deriving from them. With your specific consent, they will also be used to carry out promotional, commercial, information on financing and for any other action that is necessary for the purpose of a more effective management of the consultancy relationship. Always with your consent, the name of your company will be used by us as a reference and may be communicated to our potential customers. All your data will remain kept in the headquarters of the writing company for the purpose of archiving, processing, documentation and for carrying out commercial activities;

 

2) the processing may be carried out with or without the aid of electronic or automated means and may consist of any operation or set of operations referred to in Regulation (EU) 2016/679;

 

3) the provision of data strictly necessary for the execution of the service is mandatory and your refusal would make it impossible to continue or establish the contractual relationship, while the consent to the execution by us of information actions on the existence of financing, commercial communications on new opportunities, innovative services, surveys to monitor the state of satisfaction of our customers, as well as the use of your company name as a reference, is optional, but in the absence of the same, these additional services will not be able to be executed against you;

 

4) without prejudice to the communications and dissemination carried out in execution of legal and contractual obligations, the data may be communicated in Italy and abroad in EU member countries, in order to protect credit and better manage their respective rights relating to the single commercial relationship, to credit recovery companies and law firms;

 

5) the data will be processed for the entire duration of the relationship and in the event of your consent, for a subsequent period of twenty years for commercial and information purposes;

 

6) you can assert, at any time, the rights recognized in Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the text of which is attached to this information, by writing to the address of the Data Controller indicated below, in point 7);

 

7) the data controller is TMC Management Consulting Sas di Valerio Tavolazzi e C., via dei Calzolai 184, 44123 Francolino (Ferrara), in the person of the owner ing. Valerio Tavolazzi.

 

Rights of access to personal data and other rights

  • The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.

  • The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:

  • Of the origin of the personal data;

  • Of the purposes and methods of treatment;

  • The logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;

  • Of the identification details of the owner, of the managers and of the designated representative;

  • About the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.

  • The interested party has the right to obtain:

  • Updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;

  • The cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;

  • The attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible o involves a commitment of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

 

The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:

  • For legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;

  • To the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
