ISO 9001 SMART path for Micro and Small Businesses

Implementing a quality management system is by no means trivial, but, pay attention, with the right knowledge and support it is also possible to do it "by yourself" . In short, DO IT YOURSELF.

For over 15 years I have been conducting consultancy activities in the company and I have realized that, often, some companies really lack a few steps to get to certification. Many companies already have a good internal management system, which only needs a few tweaks to align with ISO 9001 . And for micro enterprises that are at this stage, and which also have limited budgets, often the external consultant is a major expense .

A step- by-step guided path and periodic document checks are often enough in these cases.

- requirements of the ISO 9001 standard;

- tests and quizzes to guarantee the passage to the next STEP;

- 15 min of distance counseling for each STEP ;

- continuous technical support via email .

The course is designed and structured ad hoc for Micro and Small Enterprises .

The management system is tailor- made for the company, starting from the activities in place, following the directions of the path and obtaining real business improvements.
